haven't been posting lately, but yup, I'm currently tryna find info on spike shoes. They're these shoes which have spikes (duh...) at the bottom of them, to enable you to run faster on tracks. They're almost like essential for every tracker during competitions. Hmm, I'll try to find a picture of spike shoes if I have the time & post it here :D

First post on this Physics blog. So yeah, mostly Physics stuff. And I won't be posting here unless like very very necessary. And since this will be like included in my CA1 marks next year, so I hope my very very necessary will be quite often. It's quite troublesome having two blogs, but yup.
